Who handles the data

Data and purposes
Your name, email, phone, order and payment information and enquiry content are used to fulfil purchases, provide access, arrange services, issue receipts, provide support, handle cancellations and prevent abuse. Providing contacts is voluntary, but without necessary details we cannot fulfil an order or reply. An enquiry or purchase is not consent to advertising emails.
Providers and technical data
Wix operates the site and may process IP addresses, device details, cookies, logs and usage statistics for operation, security and analytics. Tranzila processes payment and contact information; full card details are entered with the provider, not in our enquiry forms. Emails use Wix and/or Resend. When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, the selected service also processes information. Providers may process data outside Israel under their own policies, linked below.
The calculator and OpenAI
Daily-needs calculations and manual food selection run in your browser. Clicking calculate in text mode sends the food description to our server, which forwards it to OpenAI with clarifications and previous replies about that meal to estimate its composition. Order contacts, age, height and weight are not added to this request. The server uses the IP address for temporary request limits. Calculator code does not keep a permanent food diary; provider technical logs may still exist. OpenAI requests use store:false, which does not promise that the provider retains no data. You can use manual mode without sending a description to OpenAI.
Do not enter sensitive data
Do not enter diagnoses, medical documents, identity documents, information about other people, passwords or card details into food descriptions, forms or ordinary messages. Enter only foods, ingredients and quantities. Discuss medical questions with an appropriate professional.
Retention, security and rights
Order and enquiry data are kept to the extent and for the time needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal duties and dispute resolution. Absolute security of transmission cannot be guaranteed. You may request access to and correction of your personal data, and deletion where applicable. Records legally required to be retained cannot be deleted before the required period ends. Contact us using the details above; reasonable identity verification may be required without requesting unnecessary information.
