About the project and health
Hudeem Vkusno shares recipes and Vladimir Tabachnik’s personal experience. The book, calculators, consultations and support help organise everyday eating. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not guarantee weight loss or any other outcome; needs and results vary. For illness, pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders or a prescribed diet, consult a doctor or licensed clinical dietitian.
Prices, purchase and access
PDF — ₪69; Living Book + PDF — ₪99; consultation — ₪300; follow-up — ₪180; 30-day support — ₪500. The final total is shown before payment. The book is delivered using your order contact details; appointments are arranged in advance. You can save the PDF on your own device. The download link lasts 30 days; contact us if you have trouble. The Living Book is a one-time purchase without a subscription. Online access and updates remain available while the project is maintained, without a promise of lifetime service. Support does not renew automatically.
Digital content and cancellation
The PDF and online book are digital content. The exception for “information” in section 14ג(ד)(3) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law may apply; cancellation rights depend on the components of the purchase and applicable law. This is not a blanket refusal of refunds or of mandatory rights, including for non-delivery, defects or a mismatch with the description. Each request is assessed under the circumstances and the law. We do not sell printed books or other physical goods, so no parcel or printed copy needs to be returned. When a purchase is cancelled with a refund, its personal licence ends: stop using the content, delete your saved copies and do not pass them to others. Online access to the cancelled purchase may be disabled. We cannot technically verify that no copies remain; this is not a reason to refuse a refund required by law.
Service cancellation and refunds
Where the law permits cancellation of a distance purchase of a service, the period is generally 14 days from the transaction or receipt of the document setting out its terms, whichever is later. A one-off service generally requires notice at least two days that are not rest days before the service date. Continuing services have separate rules; a proportionate charge may apply to services already provided. People with disabilities, people aged 65 or over and new immigrants may have four months if the legal conditions, including communication with the seller, are met. Where cancellation fees are permitted, they do not exceed the lower of 5% of the price or ₪100. No cancellation fee applies when cancellation is due to a defect, mismatch or failure to supply on time. Statutory refunds are made within the legal deadline, generally 14 days after notice. Mandatory Israeli law takes priority.
How to give notice
Our main contact channel is vltabachnik@gmail.com; “Cancel a purchase” below opens an email. Where the law allows oral notice, you may call +972 54 520-5511. Include your name, contact details and the purchase; an order number helps locate payment, but its absence alone does not prevent notice. Medical documents and card details are unnecessary. Other cancellation methods provided by law remain available.
Copyright and personal licence
Rights in original texts, recipe descriptions, images, videos and design belong to their rights holders. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive licence for your own use. Without permission, you may not resell the materials, transfer access or access links, upload files publicly or distribute them in bulk. You may save the PDF and use it on your own devices. These restrictions do not override use permitted by law.
Protecting access
Where there is substantiated evidence of resale, shared access, bulk copying or a technical attack, we may restrict the relevant access to the extent necessary. Where possible, we first notify the buyer and allow an explanation or correction; urgent threats may require immediate action. Normal use by a good-faith buyer on their own devices is not abuse. Contact us about an incorrect block so we can investigate and restore access. Statutory buyer rights remain intact.
Kashrut and allergies
The book and recipes have no kashrut certification. A dish name or suggested substitution does not confirm kosher status. Check the certification and labels of specific products, utensils and preparation methods against your requirements. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens: check full ingredients, labels, substitutions and cross-contact risks. Consult an appropriate professional about allergies or intolerances.
Calculators
Calories, macronutrients and daily energy needs are estimates affected by portions, ingredients and activity. Daily formulas are for adults aged 18 and over and do not prescribe a safe personal calorie deficit. AI estimates can be wrong; check labels and actual weights. In text mode, food descriptions and clarifications pass through our server to OpenAI. Manual food selection and daily-needs calculations run in your browser. See the Privacy policy for details.
